Thousands of users later, the Mavrek software platform was founded in 2020 with a clear mission to provide an easy-to-use software with the necessary tools to assist over 30 million small business owners in the U.S. and over 90 million businesses in the other English-speaking countries, manage the sale or purchase of a small business.

There are hundreds of software solutions that help small businesses become more efficient in some fashion, but none that assist with the sale or purchase process – arguably the most important event for most all small business owners.
