The idea for Mavrek came from his actual problems with other transactional participants not following any real actionable “process”. His vision for Mavrek; provide the means to seamlessly sell a business anytime, anywhere with anyone.
Jon is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and strategic partnerships. As a M&A Specialist that has used the software to close numerous transactions, he knows what the small business owners needs to complete a deal. He has been critical to the team by working through releases with the customers and strategic partners, matching their needs with Mavrek’s platform.
Todd has a proven record in environments ranging from small / medium high-growth companies to the Fortune 500 and Private Equity. A CPA by training, his primary expertise is in finance and accounting, however his skills in operational/administrative processes and procedures that have been critical during the start-up and product launch.
Alex has been a venture advisor for over 20 years, providing infrastructure and advice to growth stage software companies. Alex has started and sold several SaaS based software companies including and most recently, SMS Masterminds. Alex and his team assisted with the BETA, MVP versions of the Mavrek’s software.
